Cindy helps chambers focus on member growth and retention by delivery high-quality programs that save their members money and drive non-dues revenue to the chambers.  

 

Cindy has a successful, results-oriented, customer service background driven by successful growth in the non-profit sector.

 

Prior to working with NOACC, Cindy was the Executive Director of the Beachwood Chamber of Commerce for five years, proudly overseeing the planning and execution of Chamber programs, activities and events; making sure they met the needs and expectations of the 400+ chamber members and their companies.

 

Cindy was the Community Development Coordinator with the Greater East Ohio Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association before her work at the chamber, where she expanded on her skills of relationship building, marketing, event-planning and strategic planning.  During her time at the Association, Cindy built relationships with sponsors, donors and the community which lead to an overall growth of the Associations’ signature events, Walk to End Alzheimer’s.

 

Cindy has a great passion to help others and serves on many committees for non-profit and service organizations.  She does volunteer work with the Lady Engineers Program at Boy Scout Camps Manatoc and Butler and an avid Chevy Camaro fan.  She lives in Cuyahoga Falls with her husband, Bruce.
