We hope this correspondence finds you well.
Please be advised that there are six (6) open seats for the Mayfield Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. The election will be complete by the end of the year to allow the Board to select officers at the first Board of Directors meeting in January. A member must be a director to be eligible for an officer position.
Any member who is interested in being considered MUST submit a brief bio and photo by Monday, October 31, 2022. Requirements for a Board Member are that you attend monthly board meetings, participation on at least one committee (Current committees are: Membership, Golf, Scholarship, and Programs), and attend most of our events. This is a two (2) year commitment.
Please create a short bio to include on the election ballot using the questions below as a guide:
- Name, address, email and phone number
- How long have you been a member of MACC?
- What do you find most rewarding / valuable as a chamber member?
- What area would you like to be involved with to improve the chamber?
- Why would you like to be a member?
- Tell us about your Educational Background, Career/Work Background, Professional Membership/Associations, Community Involvement, Distinctions/Awards, and Certifications.
- Tell us about your family
- What do you like to do in your free time?
- Please attach a photo that we may use on our ballots.

A successful chamber is one that keeps its members involved in chamber business. The vibrancy of our chamber is dependent upon our members.
